Dr Robert Laing vacates into a high-rise building where he meets interesting characters in his neighbors. He settles down to enjoy the solitude but the unexpected happens as the building starts to show faults like power outages and building flaws. This breaks the social strata and the building turns into a battle field in a literal class war.
